Not working for me using Firefox or IE7. This has got to be a Ooma problem. Hopefully they will look into it on Monday.

It is an Ooma problem --- I checked the html source for both the Telo page (where it doesn't work) and the Hub page (where it works) --- and the Telo page doesn't have the fields for 'Ooma connection tone' and the '10-digit dialing' in the source itself. So, something is not right at the server end.

Weird that it's not there for you. Must be some access issue that yields a different result for that web page for different customers. The code is there in my case and yields:

Yes, I see everything but the two fields on the page. The word 'Calling' is the only thing that appears between the two horizontal lines.

This is an Ooma problem. Like everyone is mentioning, everything was fine up until the last my.ooma update.
This is what appears on my screen:

This is my screen as well... Noticed it just the same time they updated the new Contacts feature.

No doubt it is an Ooma problem, not browser related. Within some subset of Ooma Telo users the problem occurs, but not for all. There are, AFAIK, at least three Telo user categories: Basic, Premier Trial, and Paid Premier. I'm paid Premier and I don't see the problem. Are there any other paid Premier users who are having the problem?

So much for that theory. Obviously there is some other account level distinction that loads the correct page for some users but not for others. I don't know why it would make a difference, but my paid Premier is annual, not month-to-month or lifetime, FWIW.
