Ooma Premier lifetime suggestion

Post by anonymouse » Sun Dec 20, 2009 10:00 am

I think Premier lifetime for $350 is a great idea! However, I would be reluctant to get it if there is a problem with the hardware. Ooma should consider refunding $$ or giving customers a new device if the unit fails in the first 3-4 years of it's existence (say prorated at $99/year).

This would ensure that customers are no worse off than being out the amount that they would have invested if they had continued to renew the plan at the $99/year rate.

Hope this made sense :D
