Suggestion for Premier offer

I notice that a premier subscription comes with either a free telo handset or a free number transfer. I have the older core system and do not need either. May I suggest that you have a special pricing offer for the first year of premier for those of us that won't take advantage of either of those options? It may motivate some of us sitting on the fence.
