Call Log shows all incoming calls as unavailable.

All of my incoming calls show as unavailable in the call log. This started happining after Feb 14th. Any ideas?

It looks like you have ooma configured to work with your existing landline -- do you have caller-ID available on your landline (i.e. was the caller-ID service removed on Feb 14th) ?

Yes, I had AT&T change my landline to a basic no frills residential line in February. So that is probably the reason. How do I implement OOMA's caller-id so the call log will be useful? Thanks for your help!

I don't think you can. Caller Id has been removed from your landline so no ID is available for the ooma call log.
