Ooma to Ooma multi-ring not working.

I have 2 ooma hubs (different accounts), different locations.

Multi ring will work when calling any OTHER number, but originating from an Ooma account to Ooma account, Multi ring is not working.

Did I find a bug?

Depends on your definition of bug. :) We currently do not allow Multi-Ring to ring another ooma number. We're aware that this is a limitation that may not be desirable and do have plans to remove this in the future.

thanks Dennis for the response..

This doesnt make any sense though...

for example, I have family members with Ooma accounts (seperate)

They should be able to call me, and if I am on the road, my cell would ring... dont you think?

An Ooma account should not be treated any differently than a cell or a POTS landline...a phone number is a phone number
