anyway toget a refund of the porting proccess?

I was just wondering if it is possible to cancel the porting process if it isn't completed yet and get a refund for that? Anyone have any experience with that?

I was told it was possible to cancel the porting process up until the day that it happens. I can't speak to the refund issue. Any problems we can help with?
