My service came back on within minutes (Chicago area)of the flashing red Ooma status... however we had voice mails left in our box and after retrieving and deleting - our Play button is still flashing red indicating that we have messages. We push the play button - 'you have no messages'... what gives? :?:

My fingers are crossed that I am "fixed"
It's 7:35pm and I am still up and running... I think things must be fixed now :)

My Telo appears to be stable now. 9 pm EST, South Florida.
Are you kidding? You think they don't have a single employee that could update all of us who are experiencing problems with a reason and status updates? That's ridiculous. Poor service from Ooma followed by poor handling of the event.
Read much? Do a search for Dennis P. Nevermind, I'll do it for you:
viewtopic.php?f=8&t=6067&p=43013#p43013

Would you like them to hand deliver a notice to you. They've updated the status thread with the information they have and they've sent updates through twitter: http://twitter.com/ooma_status

You can subscribe to either one and have a message delivered to you through email or SMS.

Oh, and btw, my Telo went down again a few minutes ago, so it's still not fixed.

Service is mostly up, but I'm still seeing a dropping and picking up happen about
every half hour. It's brief, but I think there are still issues. Any else seeing
the same thing? Kansas City.

I think I know why there is such a big problem.
My home number was scheduled to port over today! If it was my port that kicked the system it would make sense-my entire life is like that. I apologize to everyone here that my phone port was the straw that broke the camels back! :D
