Try connecting BOTH the computer and the Telo to the Router (which should be connected to the Cable Modem) and see how that goes. Assuming that you have four Ethernet Ports on the back of the Router this should be fine.

Tried it this way with no better results.

I have tried it with a standard phone plugged into the telo with the same results. If the person on the other end can hear me it is only for 20 to 30 seconds then it starts cutting out then drops the call.

I have had this happen to me over the past week, where about 4 or 5 calls the person Im talking with have complained that I was breaking up when talking - I could hear them fine...

I have comcast internet and have checked my dl/ul stats for several months, usually anywhere from 12-15M down and 1-4M up, and I have had ooma for several months without much trouble at all. Wondering what has changed, as I had complaints on the 21st and again today.

Dont want to go back to qwest phone service...

The jitter in both directions is very bad.
The TCP delay is more than double what it should be.

Connect to http://192.168.100.1 and get the signal strength and SNR readings from your modem.
