I am having problems playing my voicemail online. When I select the message to play and click play, I get the "loading" display and the message doesn't play. Does anyone know the cause? Volume is high on the computer and Ooma online.
Thanks

Do you have the latest version of Flash installed?

Yes, I just reinstalled the Flash of IE8 and Chrome. No luck.

I believe you need Adobe Flash Player 10 http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Setup Dec. 2009. Cable Modem, (Hub and Scout purchase Amazon.Com) Router (Linksys WRT5465S2) Ooma Premier.

Re: Unable to play voicemail online
I indicated in the other thread that when I tried to download the file I recieved Ooma error page, thus if you can not download the source file, the player is not going to play either.

I too have this problem tried to play voicemails from two different computers one with IE7 the other with IE8 and the latest Firefox. Like the others on the post it states that its loading but doesn’t play the voicemail. Any Ideas?

One of my computers is Win 7 and IE8, I also tried Firefox on Win 7, and the other is Win XP and IE7. Both computers have the latest OS patches and Adobe Flash.
