Let me see - it has been estimated that ooma has something over a hundred thousand customers. At even 10 posts per page, that would make the longest thread in ooma forum history.XMEOME wrote:Well here we are 3/20 and I still do not have firmware 35170 who actually did get it and when and where are you located?

Actually, I think many of us are quite happy with our service and with ooma in general. I have had stellar service for more than a year now with my hub and since August with my Telo. Great quality calls, no surprise phone charges, lots of features. I am sure there will be even more as they continue to improve the product. Sometimes our satisfaction with things and life in general depends on our attitude. I choose to have a positive, humble attitude and am grateful for the way that ooma has kept my phone bills down while providing reliable phone service. I also have a landline because of a contract until May - but my ooma service has actually had less downtime than my landline. My sincere hope is that you receive 3510 soon and that it is all you want it to be.XMEOME wrote:All I can say abunch of smoke and misleading really disgusting when will we get our up dates hardware paid for service questinable WE ARE SICK OF THIS AS A PAID CLIENT you can mislead your staff but clients how do you live with yourself

It almost sounds like he is asking how the clients live with themselves. On a serious note, I find that acting out a drama in a hysterical fashion does not bring the most helpful results from support personnel unless it's an audition for a play.
Since we are aiming to make this thread at least 10,000 entries long, nope, don't have the update yet.
