I just received a reply from Dennis Peng, the VP Product Management in response to an email that I sent out on Saturday to OOMA Management. He said that he had directed one of his engineers to respond to the forum threads and to update the status (which you've all seen now) so I guess OOMA management does respond. I, in turn, sent him back an email thanking him for his response.

I'm looking forward now to getting back to normal issues like how to wire up an Icom Ham radio to the OOMA scout :-)

Originally I had ALL my logs show up. Incoming, outgoing and missed. First I had the outgoing disappear. Now the missed has disappeared. I RELY ON THESE LOGS!!!!!!!!!!

My call log appears to be unaffected, but my Personal Blacklist is cleared. I sure hope that Ooma is able to recover these as Bobby indicated. My wife is not happy listening to the phone ring -- we've already noticed an increase in the number of junk calls today without the blacklist.

It's kind of annoying, the blacklists disappear and they don't show up the same as the tech services see either. It was a key reason I signed for the Premier service.

They have a ticket outstanding but that was days ago already. :(

Hopefully, it will be fixed today or tomorrow.

I just tried to add a number again since adding is supposed to be fixed today but it didn't work.

Adding blacklist entries works now -- working on restoring old entries.
