I found this link on Google Chrome forum.

It may be due to how Chrome is transferring content (in chunks) - see the response header for Chrome.
I would try to use Firefox to view that page.

Did you try attaching a pc or laptop (set to dhcp) to the home port of the ooma hub and typing in http://172.27.35.1 ?
I use Windows 7 beta and IE8 and it works fine.

It's strange that I get the left and top frames, but not the content.
