Call forward on busy/no answer?

Call forward on busy/no answer?

Forgive me if this has been discussed but I cannot find the answer specifically. I want to know how to make the Telo do these things for no monthly charge:

1. Forward calls to my cell if there is no answer after x rings.
2. Forward calls to my cell if I am already on the (Telo) phone.

Are either, both, or neither of these available for free? Are either, both, or neither available for a fee (how much?)?

I don't think there is any way to do those exact features even with a charge.

Ooma has multi-ring, which will ring your defined numbers in addition to the Ooma when a call comes in. It is in the Premier package. However I don't think there is busy/no answer call forwarding. They have unconditional call forwarding too.

When a second call comes in, you get a call waiting notification. I don't think they have an option to forward when you are on the line.
