Send to Voicemail No Call Log entry

Send to Voicemail No Call Log entry

If I press the envelope button for 3 seconds to send calls to Voicemail it works but if a call comes in no entry shows in my call log. Shouldn't all calls including those sent to voicemail show in my call log?
