fax enable not working

This is the error message I get when trying to enable the fax:

"There were problems with the following fields:

* Update Failed: Cannot Alter AdmDid as MultiRing is enabled but no number is provided for AdmDid PK[3ev2qmvdzjpejjrk42wvncu8hibhdfyt]"

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Disable multi-ring and try again. If you don't have Premier, you need to call into customer service to turn multi-ring off.
