Did you try changing the "Voicemail pick-up time" on the Voicemail Preferences page on my.ooma?

i tried that every which way and i also but its not a matter of voicemail...the phone simply cuts people calling off at two rings...not to voicemail. tried resetting etc but nothing seems to work.

Same problem

My ooma just started doing the same thing. I don't know if it started today or yesterday, but I just noticed it today and confirmed it by calling my ooma # with my cell phone...two rings and that's it, no voicemail, no nothing. I tried rebooting my telo with no help.

I have the same problem. It has happened before and I thought it was fixed. Now it's doing it again. I get a call, it rings once then goes dead. Caller ID tells me who it is so I call back. Caller tells me it rings twice on their end then goes dead. I reported this to Support, and thought it was fixed. It started again last week. I sure hope it gets fixed properly and soon.

Well, mine seems to be working fine now. It lasted only one day and it seemed to fix itself...at least so far.
