Call Waiting with Caller ID doesn't work!
When on the phone, and another call is recieved, I hear the call waiting tone, but the 2nd caller's information is not displayed on the handset. My wife is a real chatter-box, and needs this feature to determine who is in the queue
This appears to be a problem with the Telo, but not the Hub. When will this situation be rectified

There are lots and lots of threads on this issue. Search the forum for "CWCID" and you'll see them.

Accordingly, October 1st is the drop-dead date for resolution of this issue. My better half has been bugging the hell out of me about it. There is no point in having CWCID if you cannot see who is calling.

The Telo release that contains this fix (along with some new features) has been delayed until October.
