Red Blinking Logo - Service is Inoperable

I think the "to internet" port of my Ooma telo is faulty. I power-cycled both the Ooma and my AT&T Uverse router, and all I get is a blinking red light.
Please advise!

Update: I diagnosed the problem myself. The ethernet ribbon cable provided by Ooma was faulty. I robbed a cable from one of my other computers, and I now have service. The dial tone sounds really weird, but perhaps that is the way it is supposed to sound.
I would like to get a replacement cable from Ooma though!

And I'll bet that they would love to send you one. Give them a call at 888 711-6662 and tell them what you have discovered - including that a new cable fixed your system.
