Blacklist not working

Anyone else having problems with blacklist? I have numbers on my blacklist but calls are still coming through. Anyone having this problem?

Do you have premier? This is the one feature I may need due to an issue I just posted in a separate thread. If blacklist isn't working and I'm not sure what to do.

For some reason, Blacklist feature was not enabled on your account.
Please try adding some numbers & retest.

Same here. The number is already in my blacklist but the phone call just keeps coming. What's wrong with that?

There was an incomplete number in your list. I removed it. Not sure if that was it, but do you have
a way to test again?

I have no way of testing it. This number has been calling me everyday, so I have to wait to tomorrow to see if it works or not. Thanks for taking care of my little issue.

OK; my blacklist is not working; calls still coming through; and it's only reason I pay extra for "premier"...some premier....this board is as frustrating as my problem, and why do I have to go to this board to get the problem fixed - after searching the various support - with nothing coming up when I search simple terms that should work (and I've worked for two of the big search firm companies....)
