International Calling Problem
I am a new premier member and purchased the international bundle, which appears in my feature subscriptions box. When I tried to place my first International call last light I got a message that I had zero prepaid credits and the line disconnected. I had to use my landline and a much more expensive service to make the call. What went wrong?

I found out that your international bundle does not include calling to mobile numbers in France. As a premier member, to call a mobile number in France, do I need to pay $9.99 per month for premier PLUS, $9.99 bulk rate, PLUS, purchase prepaid minutes to get a rate of $0.16 per minute? A total of $20 per month plus $ 0.16 per minute. Is that correct?
