Caller ID Still "Ooma Inc" after 6 Weeks??

How long should it take to properly display my ID on outgoing calls? After 6 weeks, I am still being identified as "Ooma Inc"

It's supposed to be up to 10 business days.

Mine has been that way for over a year.

Mine has said 'Ooma Inc.' for over 1.5 years. It isn't Ooma's fault that it isn't correct as Ooma only puts it into a database for other carriers to take. If they don't update their records, the CID says 'Ooma Inc.'

Interesting. I suppose that's fine since I don't really want to be "listed." I did, however, expect that I would be identified to friends and family when calling them.

And how would you know whose failure it is?
