Call screening not working

Call screening not working

Hello all, my call screening is not working. I have enabled it in my preference tab online. I even tried to shut it off, save, and turn it back on.

My phone will ring and a message will get left, but I can't hear the call.

I have ooma basic service.

Any ideas?

Call Screening is a Premier feature.
Customer since January 2009
Telo with 2 Handsets, a Linx, and a Safety Phone
Telo2 with 2 Handsets and a Linx

By call screening I mean that I can hear the caller as they leave a message.
I've had call screening for over a year and it just stopped working a few weeks ago.
Did they make it a premiere feature a few weeks ago?

It has been that way for a long time. The feature working for you up until recently was probably a bug. A bug you probably didn't mind all that much.
