I had problems with one ring then to VM. I corrected that now i have no dial tone on all my other phones. They also don't ring on incoming calls ? what can I do...

I'm assuming your telo handset works for inbound & outbound calls? When you say other phones not having dialtone - this is with your phone connected directly to the phone port on the telo?

I am having the same issue. On incoming calls the phone rings once or not at all and then goes to voicemail. "Do Not Disturb" is off (blue) so I don't know why this is happening. My phone is connected directly to my Telo. The Telo is connected to the internet behind my router. Can anyone help me?

ps. this is a new installation
