What type of minutes count against your limit?

Ideally it would be outbound LD minutes which terminate to the PSTN network.

Providers and CLEC'c (which I do not know if Ooma is, planns to be or has existing agreements with) get paid for terminating calls (incomming) and toll free calls. So I wouldn't imagine that it would count against the limit.

Does the TC say? Not that I am worreid about usage I am just curious. I rarely went above 300 minutes a month.

That is correct - only outbound minutes count against the limit.

On Oomas blog post, 'unlimited' usage is further defined:

Thanks I did a quick search for outgoing and didnt find it there.

Also I was hoping that only USA PSTN terminated toll calls would count. Again not toll free, member to member or International (since one is paying for those minute by minute anyway)

I have a feeling that all minutes count against the limit. Mainly because it's never stated otherwise. The purpose of the limit is to separate personal from business use (technically not permitted). Total minutes seems to serve that purpose.

Not really used so much to define business or personal. I could use it for business as long as I stay under my limit. Who is going to know? The point is to control costs. They have to pay for outgoing calls which get terminated. Incomming calls, toll free they do not. Also international minutes are paid directly by the user so they should not be counted either.
