Telo Handset Dead?

Post by renatae » Wed Nov 10, 2010 12:59 pm

Hi, I just found my Telo handset in the cradle with a totally blank screen. I put it in the cradle last night to charge as I always do. I unplugged the battery, as I did before when this happened, but that did not help.

Help, please!

I think it may be okay. After I took out and replaced the battery, I put it back into the cradle and it says "charging." Somehow it must have discharged while in the charging base, because the battery had not been low. Perhaps it wasn't making proper contact, even though the blue light was on.

I have several Panasonic handsets that will discharge while sitting in their charging cradles.

Thanks for the info, Murphy! I think my Panasonics have done the same - It makes me question my sanity, but to know someone else has the problem is comforting. At least it's not just me!

Update - after I replaced it on the charger, it charged up again and is working fine. :D
