Can't call some toll free numbers

I'm trying to dial the Long Island Power Authority on two of their different toll-free numbers and am not able to place the calls with my Ooma service, the calls go through perfectly on my cell phone. The numbers are:

1866-­547-­2334 : We're sorry you have dialed a number which can not be reached from your calling area. The number you are calling is temporarily unavailable.

1800-490-0025: The number you are calling is temporarily unavailable.

I'm not going to bother calling CS since I always wait forever and I always get blown off with no resoution, or promised a call back that I never get.

Are you sure these numbers are valid? I tried calling from our AT&T landline and receive the same messages.
As a suggestion, you may want to see if they have an alternate number to try other than the toll free ones.

These numbers are not reachable via AT&T Cell nor Verizon landline.

I think you have bad info, I tried these from a non-Ooma line and they still don't work.
