The tab is blue, but can't make or answer calls
Spent couple hours trying to figure out what's wrong with my Ooma. The phone rings, but when I pick up, can't hear anything, the phone displays: "The system busy. Try again later". Also, unable to place any calls. The messages are recorded. The tab is blue. Went through modem-ooma-outer setup, plugging-unplugging, calling customer support - could not help; searching internet.. then unplugged the phone base, waited a minute, plugged it back, and everything works.

We're glad that it is working for you. When you unplugged and repowered your ooma, it took a new configuration from their servers. Maybe that is what cleared up the problem. Sometimes the system can get corrupted and a reboot is all that is required to make things like new again.
