Calls from SkypeOut (737-874-2833) won't ring my phone

I'm finding that calls from Skype Out with the number (737) 874-2833 are going straight to voicemail. I just have ooma basic service (not Premier). However calls from Skype Out that show the number (000) 012-3456 will ring my phone. Anyone else have this problem, or better yet, does anyone have a solution?

I had this as well. You probably have your security settings too high. I had to open it up to accept calls from blocked numbers. Once I did this, my calls went through.

Thanks for your reply Don. I can't seem to find that setting. I just have the basic non-Premier service.

Was there any resolution on this? I can't get skypeout calls either. This is a problem when so many of my colleagues are turning to VOIP and our company standard is Skypeout.

I don't have access to this feature,since I have the basic service. It is quite annoying.
