Just curious - would you do this if you had ATT, Qwest, or Verizon - or would you just call service/support and let them work on it? My phone service on my Qwest landline was out for over a day and then flakey for 4 more last year. I was happy just to make the report and have them do their job in making things whole again. Is VoIP somehow different?
To answer your question, yes I have emailed the CEO of AT&T and also had several conversations with the office of the CEO over issues. The one glaring difference in this current situation is no 24/7 trouble line to call for Ooma problems. With AT&T it was VERY rare to lose service completely, especially for hours and/or days on end and you could reach service for outage issues 24/7.
BTW, still unable to receive calls or call my AT&T cell phone (6:35pm)...

This is my first issue other than having to reboot it or the phone now and then since I got this a little less than a year ago. With PacBell/ATT/SBC I never had an issue where it went down. But I would have called them and they would have someone on the line 24 hours a day.

Incoming calls to my OOMA are not working. If I call home from my cell, I get the message "ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY PLEASE TRY YOUR CALL AGAIN LATER: ANNOUNCEMENT 8 - SWITCH 40-6"
I had a friend that tried to call me earlier from New Orleans and they got a fast busy signal. I called OOMA, but they do not offer support after hours. I hope this issue gets resolved soon. I was receiving incoming calls yesterday with no problem.
I am in the San Francisco Bay Area.

I am in Southern California and my phone has been out for hours. I can call outbound but cannot receive calls. The code I am getting is "Message 12 switch 702". I hope this gets fixed soon.
Otherwise, I have been with Ooma since Jan 2009 and this is only the second time this has happened. My regular phone service had more outages than Ooma has! I only wish there was a help line we could call or at least get an announcement as to what is happening to our service.
Happy New Years, everyone!

Someone mentioned rebooting the hub, how do you do that?

Seattle area, my ooma cannot receive any calls either. Testing calls made from my cellphone keep saying "the wireless customer you are calling is not available ..."
very frustrating on the new year's day!

It is working for me now. I am in the bay area. For the person who asked about rebooting. Just unplug it and plug it back in.
