Cannot answer Telo handset

I have an Ooma Telo and two Telo Handsets. One of the handsets is constantly turning itself off and losing its connection with the base station. When I replace this handset on the charger I am very careful to make sure it is properly seated (which is quite tricky) and that it is charging. Still, when the phone rings, I typically cannot answer the call on this handset because it is, again, not connected. Has anyone else had this problem? How did you solve it?

I wonder if you switched batteries from a good handset to the problem handset if the problem would follow the battery?

Actually, I switched handsets, so the problem might be the charging base.

If you just bought your Ooma Handsets, maybe you can exchange the defective unit for another one at the store you bought them from. If you bought it with a credit card, sometimes the credit card company has an some kind of warrenty, sometimes up to two years.
But you still should contact Ooma Customer Support and report your problem.
