Telo Handset VM Indicator: What's the trick?

Post by KEM » Wed Apr 13, 2011 11:19 am

Hello,

When I listen to a VM from my Telo handset (and probably any phone but I haven't tested) after I listen to the VM the Telo handset VM indicator keeps flashing. I've tried listening to the same VM many times with the same result. However, if I listen to the VM using the My Ooma web interface the indicator light goes off immediately.

I'm guessing I must need to do something when I listen to the VM using a handset to "mark it read" or something?

What's the trick?

Thanks! - KEM

You need to take action; either 7 to delete or 9 to save.

Press 9 to save the message.

{Looks like I need to learn to type faster.)
