Billing Statement
Why am I not allowed to see a billing statement on myooma BEFORE you charge my account?
Re: Billing Statement
Hello,
Not sure I understand. In My Ooma, you are unable to go to Account>Billing History & drill down on details.

Re: Billing Statement
I'd like to know why I was billed $10 when I signed up for service. Customer service is slow to reply. The first three months were supposed to be 'free' with the upgrade. I realize that there are about $3.50 or so of taxes but why the charge on the credit card from the get-go?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Billing Statement
Sign into myooma.com. Check your "pre-paid account" section in the "dashboard" or "home" display. Is the balance $10? If so, this is a pre-paid account that you agreed to fund for international calling when you set up your account (10 bucks is one of the defaults).taz1357 wrote:I'd like to know why I was billed $10 when I signed up for service. Re: Billing Statement
I went to myooma then to billing history,to account, to everywhere and could not find a statement. I called support and "Ricki" in support said that it is Ooma policy NOT to provide a billing statement. The only thing I can get is a statement after it is paid. I asked him several times point blank and he kept saying that Ooma does not provide an invoice, billing statement or anything else before my credit card pays off.

were they able to tell you what the $10 you were billed was for? I wasn't charged anything during signup/activation or at anytime during the first month. My first bill was in the second month and was for the expected $3.47 taxes.
