Where is my $50 Promotion Credit? Some one please help!

Hi there,

I activated my ooma hub on 1/11/09. I applied for my $50.00 credit when I activated my account. I checked and checked to see if the credit was there and it wasn't. I thought maybe I forgot to input the coupon. So I input it again before 1/31/09. I have not received my $50.00 International Calling Credit yet. I'm actually going out of the country later this month and would like the credit to be in place so it can be used. Can someone help me with this?

I just got my $50 credit yesterday. Thank you once again to Bobby for getting my credit approved and applied to my account.

Hang in there guys and call customer service, they'll get to you if you're still waiting.

Same here, no international credit yet. I've been a subscriber since very early in January.

I've used the "email" support link on another issue, twice, and that issue has not yet been resolved nor have I heard anything from Ooma that they even received my support email. I'm leary on sending another email for assistance on the international credit.

I guess it's time to be on hold for a phone tech to help resolve my other problem.

I have still not receveid this yet. I've sent in many support requests for a variety of problems with my ooma service and this credit. After months of writing emails/tickets and posting on the forum, I get 3 responses from the same person (nhut) all useless and not helpful.

I had received the $50 promotion credit for international calls several months ago. I recall checking my account and the balance showed $50.

However, when I went to make my first international call this weekend, I discovered the account balance was now zero.

I sent ooma an email today asking them to explain what happened and to update my account with the $50. credit. I will let you know what response I receive.

I read that the amount credited for the promotion expires after 90 days.

Yeah i know, i applied for it the day after i got my system in January.

After many many emails to support people i finally got someone to pass it on to the "management" team who finally credited it to my account.
