Handsets Freeze (Ooma Telo Handsets)

Handsets freeze. Several times a week my handsets (does not matter which one) freeze and require me to take out the battery to allow the handset to re-connect to the base station. Handsets are Ooma Telo Handsets connected to a Telo base.

This problem has resulted in many missed calls and is incredibly frustrating. Handset is using latest software update which has not fixed this in the past five updates.

Try some of the thing that was done in the following thread:

Of coarse it is most important that your report your problems by contacting Ooma Customer Service.
