cannot get to that web page to change bluetooth settings; "Oops! Google Chrome could not find setup.ooma.com"

setup.ooma.com is actually generated by your Telo. In default mode, you need to connect a computer to the HOME NETWORK jack. If you are using OpenDNS you will need to access it using the IP address 172.27.35.1
