all calls on both lines going directly to Voicemail
I have an ooma hub and scout. This morning all my calls are going directly to voicemail without ringing. Any ideas?

If your Ooma is online (blue), then see if your Do Not Disturb is on. Press and hold the "envelope" button for 2 seconds to toggle the on and off setting.

Toggled the DND on both the scout and Hub. Still going directly to VM

Power off the Ooma device for fifteen minutes. This allows time for the Ooma servers to reload/reset your Ooma profile. Then repower the Ooma device and test.

Tried it for 20 min with no success. I'll try 30 min or so.

Realize now that verizon wireless calls will ring both lines but OOMA to OOMA goes directly to VM. The other land lines that I have access to go directly to VM.
