What are the differences in these prefixes you dial before #'s?

I thought I read this back earlier, but I can't find it again?

for example *99 951-741-8539

*15, *16, *17, *18, *19 - Call number using Bluetooth headset 1,2,3,4,5
*06, *06, *07, *08, *09 - Intercom with Bluetooth headset 1,2,3,4,5
*67 - Do Not Send Caller ID
*69 - Return last call
*70 - Disable Call Waiting Tone
*82 - Send Caller ID & For dialling 8xx & 9xx numbers
*91 - ????
*96 - Use iLBC Codec
*97 - ????
*98 - Use G711 Codec w/o Fax mode
*99 - Data/Fax

# - Hash mark after the number dialed, speeds dialing time.

*#483 - Google Voice

*#*#001 - Speak the current Telo Version (available in March '11)
*#*#191 - Unregister all handsets
*#*#501 - Bluetooth Discovery
*#*#511 - Turn off Telo key press sounds (available in March '11)
