line 1 2 mailbox and garbage are all lit up and no phone service.

Both of our Ooma Telos are fine.

Remove power from your Ooma device and then repower.

If that doesn't help, do you have an Ooma Hub or Ooma Telo?

How is your Ooma Device connected, Modem-Ooma-Router or Modem-Router-Ooma?
