If you have a warranty on the telo you purchased by ooma they will send you a new battery if it goes bad....they will send a shipping label shipping for you to return the bad battery....with no charge as long as you return the bad battery...contact ooma customer service

Telo- 2nd Battery that Ooma sent me (Nimh -model Hb 1001-3.6v 800 mah) in November 18,2011 died last week...in addition, my original battery purchased with the Ooma Telo in April-2011 died.....contacted Ooma support by chat box...they had me call support who gave me a new phone and battery (from the bay area site).... when I asked why I was getting a new phone they said that the phone might be the problem....

I wonder if there is any connection between the recent update to the telo handset recently and the newest battery going bust...would not keep a charge but a few minutes... after working for 6 weeks

They will send me a shipping label and the old Telo and battery must be returned within 7 business days to Ooma....gotta call them for another battery....fortunately i purchased the warranty and kept telling that to any person I spoke too.

My OOMA battery is dead... I tried purchasing another 3.6 v 700 NiMH On the internet
from other companies. I received 800 NiMH for much less to find the connecter is too large.
After calling for a replacement, was told that OOMA's it not a standard. I could only buy from OOMA.
$20.00 Plus shipping is a real blow. I will no longer give recommendation to anyone.
Does anyone know where I can purchase a battery other than OOMA, it must have the correct connecter size.
Thanks

Can anyone tell me how long a hanset should go on a battery? Mine seams like it will only go maybe 2 days with no usage out of the charger and it goes dead. I use mine for the second line so it gets very little use.
Thanks

You can take your old battery to battery plus and they will put a new battery on your old connectors for about $20.00
