I have this issue too. I notice because I end up having to add the callers to my personal blacklist. Everytime I happen to do that I notice the community blacklist is turned off. Is this suppose to be fixed in the next firmware update?tkramer wrote:I contacted Ooma support on my two Telos having community blacklisting that keeps turning off. Well here we are just a couple days later and they were both unchecked again today. Does anyone else have this issue still happening?

Re: Blacklist
Go to My Ooma https://my.ooma.com/my_ooma and set the Defualt Start page to Call Logs and click on save Save. Recheck Blacklist options and try.Vandetta wrote:I have this issue too. Re: Blacklist
Thank you Thunderbird.
My default start page already was "Call Logs". I went ahead and re-saved the default start page and re-saved community and personal blacklist options as enabled.
FWW I periodically delete all cookies, history, etc., that seems to have no effect on these unsetting events. Other than the Telo reboot last night they have totally random and maybe just a coincidence last night. I am calling support right now.
