Deleting Phone Records

Post by MartyM » Wed Nov 30, 2011 7:43 am

I have a private practice. One of my concerns has been that an associate of ours was able to access the Ooma list of calls before leaving our firm.

Is there any way to have the outgoing call records erased so that this wouldn't be a problem in the future? Thanks!

Why allow access to my.ooma.com? If someone needs to listen to voicemails, you can have them emailed somewhere, or he can use the button on the Ooma.
