Where's the voicemail I received today?
I received a voice mail message at 6:24 EST today. I know this because I got an email telling me so. When I came home the voice mail light was blinking on my Ooma Telo so I pressed play to listen to the message and was told I have no messages. I tried calling my phone number and again no messages. I tried the web site (which took a few minutes to load) and still no voice mail (though I did see a missed call at that time). There was a message in the trash, but that was from yesterday.
Where'd my voice mail from today go?
Edit:
I found it under the "Archived Messages" section in the Voice Mail web site. That makes no sense since those messages are only supposed to be from before I upgraded to Voice Mail 2.0 and I did that on Saturday. Why are new messages going into the Archived area?

It happened also to me with a test message that I sent to our voicemail.Morac wrote:I received a voice mail message at 6:24 EST today. I know this because I got an email telling me so. Re: Where's the voicemail I received today?
What's odd is I've received 4 voice mail message since upgrading to voice mail 2.0. Two of those were test message from myself. Of those 4, the first two went to my Inbox, the next one (today) went to the archived Inbox and one I sent after my first post in the thread went to my Inbox. So only the one earlier today went to the archived inbox.thunderbird wrote: It happened also to me with a test message that I sent to our voicemail.

During the voicemail outage yesterday, it was possible for voicemail pick-up to fallback to the old server if the new server was not able to handle the request. This scenario explains why you received new messages in "Archived Messages" yesterday.
