Send and receive text messages
Comcast has just anounced texting for their Voip service - does Ooma have any plans to do something similar, maybe integrated into My Ooma (mobile).

Although no MMS with Xfinity implementation....it's pretty cool still.
Comcast wants to charge their lower tier subscribers $2.95/month for this though.
For reference, Comcast Voice Lower Tier: $34.95/month (Smarter VM $3.95 extra, Domestic LD 5 cents a minute) and yet to add this text msg feature, they want to charge $2.95 extra. Comcast Unlimited ranges from $39.95 to $44.95/month.

Re: Send and receive text messages
Texting from my home phone? Why is this a desired feature? Why wouldn't you use Google Voice and one of your devices like a smart phone, tablet, laptop, computer, etc ? GV cost nothing and switches automatically to receiving as both text and email if you turn that feature on. Responses from those email are texted back to the other person. I'm assuming this is not news to anyone.
