Identified wrong provider in Port request
I just submitted a port request. I accidently/incorrectly identified Verizon as my provider but attached a Comcast PDF bill and a Comcast account number. I then immediately sent Ooma support an email informing them of the issue and attached a copy of the PDF port request. I wonder what happens now. Can they correct this?!

Whatever email you sent, I'd send a copy to loa@ooma.com, the porting department. Either way, Ooma should be able to fix this mistake no problem.
