Making Calls
When making out going calls my number comes up as some other person. How do I get my name to come up on the phone I'm calling?

How long have you had your Ooma? You should allow up to two weeks for the database to get updated.
If after that time it is still incorrect, contact Ooma support.
Of course, the number that you are calling must have CID and TNID support.
I had the same problem. I showed up as Yevgeny Dozbrov. I eventually contacted Ooma support and it was rectified and databases updated within 7 business days.
