"Blacklist" down

"Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again." This is all I get whey I try to add a number to my "blacklist." Any idea what the trouble might be?

Close your browser, re-open and try again. Or use another browser like Firefox. Or clear cookies and history and try again.

I have tried multiple browsers (Safari & FF). Both have the problem. Everything cleared. Still a problem.

Try powering off the Ooma device for one hour. Then repower the Ooma device and try to Blacklist the number again.

I now get a message that personal blacklists are only available for premier accounts? What's up with that, taking away features?

Are you just coming off of a Premier trial?
