Can't Upload Contact Images

Post by BeachBumTech » Thu Jul 12, 2012 6:20 am

Tried several file sizes and simplified file names, but I cannot upload an image for a contact in the dashboard.

I keep getting the following error:

Fatal error occured, please try again later.

I can add/edit any other contact information, just not the image. Am I missing something?

Editing/changing the image seems to be working for me - do you also get this error if you try a different image?

Just tried with IE 9 also. I use Chrome primarily and both give the error. Running on Windows 7 Pro.

Tried a few random images as well. No ideas...

I'm getting this Fatal Error too.

I've tried it both on a Mac OS X 10.7 using Safari and Chrome and on my Windows 7 using Internet Explorer.
I've tried creating brand new contacts with generic names (no punctuation) and sample pictures that came with the PC.

This worked fine on the 2 contacts I created before my number port. Now I can't currently add any images to my contacts.

Ooma - Please FIX! Also please consider posting an API for developers to sync address books. It is a pain maintaining 2 address books.
