Voicemail via web or email is silent

Hi:
I just activated my Ooma Telo last week. Voicemail works fine from the device, but when I try to play it from the web site or the email MP3 both are silent. I do see the amplitude meter moving but hear nothing. I have a Sony Z laptop. The volume is set at max. Thanks.

I wonder if you need to download and install in your computer,
Adobe Flash Player at:

and/or

Flash player should be working okay. No sound on all your messages? I do have some empty content messages myself.
