Ooma Mobile and Android 4 ICS - not working

Ooma mobile is not working with Android 4.0 ICS. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 running the stock Android 4.0.4 ICS operating system. I am able to connect fine (I get the blue Ooma symbol no problem) but I get absolutely NO audio input or output. I can make calls, they dial and ring to the remote number, but no voice input occurs.
