Line 1 randomly lighting

Line 1 randomly lighting

I have a Ooma hub and over the past few weeks I have noticed the Line 1 light up out of blue. No ringing or anything. Stays on about 15-20 seconds and goes off. Sometimes I have noticed it do it around 10 pm. Any reasons why. Does it communicate with Ooma randomly?

Do you have a Dish or DirecTV receiver that needs to call in periodically?

No Directv receivers connected to phone line because I could never get them to communicate.
